This Privacy Policy explains how letsride51, doing business as After Hours Phoenix (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles personal information collected through this website and in the course of providing our Services.

It applies to this website and to bookings made through it. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

When you submit a booking, bottle order, or waiver through this website, we collect the information you enter into our forms, which may include:

• Identity & contact details: first name, last name, phone number, email address.
• Booking details: reservation name, date of rental, pickup location, drop-off location, and number of passengers.
• Waiver information: the details each passenger provides when completing the guest waiver.
• Order details: the bottles and quantities you request through the Bottle Concierge service.
• Anything else you choose to send us by text, call, or message.

Information we verify in person

At handoff or pickup, we visually inspect a government-issued photo ID to confirm you are 21+ and that your name matches the payment card, as described in our Terms. We check ID 100% of the time. This is a visual check — we do not retain a copy or scan of your ID.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site and our booking forms may automatically receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• confirm, schedule, and fulfil your booking or bottle order;
• contact you about your reservation — including to confirm your date, headcount, pickup point, and payment;
• verify age and identity as required by law and by our own policies;
• take payment and, where applicable, charge cancellation, cleaning, or damage fees permitted under our Terms;
• keep records of signed waivers;
• respond to your questions and complaints;
• maintain the safety and security of our staff, vehicles, and other guests;
• comply with our legal obligations, including those relating to alcohol and passenger transport.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Text Messages & Calls

Because our service runs between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM, we rely heavily on phone and text to coordinate. By giving us your phone number and submitting a booking request, you consent to us contacting you by phone call and SMS about that booking. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP or telling us directly — but note that if you opt out entirely we may be unable to coordinate an active reservation.

5. Payment Information

Our bookings are card-only. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on this website. Your card details are handled by the payment processor under its own security standards and privacy policy.

As set out in our Terms, we may retain a card on file in order to charge amounts properly owed — including the balance of a booking, a cancellation charge, or a cleaning or damage fee.

6. Who We Share Information With

We share your information only as needed to run the business:

• Our CRM and booking platform. Our forms and customer records are hosted on GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, which stores and processes booking data on our behalf.
• Our payment processor, to take payment.
• Our own staff and contractors — drivers, security, and bartenders — who need your booking details to deliver the Service.
• Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to disclose information, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of any person or to investigate a violation of our Terms.

We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

7. Cookies & Tracking

This website and its embedded booking forms may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your form progress, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may prevent the booking forms from working correctly.

9. Your Rights & Choices

You may ask us to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is inaccurate;
• delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
• stop contacting you for marketing purposes.

To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Note that we may be required to retain certain records — such as signed waivers and payment records — even after a deletion request.

10. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above — including to complete your booking, to resolve any dispute or damage claim, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Signed guest waivers are retained for our records for as long as we may reasonably need them to defend a claim.

11. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and our booking is card-only and secure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Services are strictly for adults. This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Alcohol-related Services require the purchaser to be 21+. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes & Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and changes take effect when posted.
