1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any services you book through it, including VIP transportation, party bus reservations, and the Bottle Concierge service (collectively, the “Services”).

By using this website, submitting a booking request, or accepting delivery of any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or book our Services.

2. Who You Are Contracting With

All Services advertised on this website are provided by letsride51, doing business as After Hours Phoenix, a business operating in the State of Arizona.

Any contract you form for transportation, bottle procurement, or any other Service is solely between you and letsride51 (DBA After Hours Phoenix). No other person or company is a party to that contract, and no other person or company is responsible for performing it.

4. Eligibility & ID Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase, receive, or accept any alcohol-related Service, and at least 18 to make a booking.

Consistent with our published policy, we check IDs 100% of the time, with no exceptions. For any bottle handoff:

• The purchaser must be 21+ and present a valid, physical, government-issued photo ID. Digital or photocopied IDs are not accepted.
• The name on the ID must exactly match the name on the credit card used for the purchase.
• We do not hand off to third parties. Only the verified purchaser may receive the order.

If you cannot satisfy these requirements at the time of handoff, the order will not be released. No refund will be issued for a failed handoff where the bottles have already been procured (see Section 6).

5. Bookings, Pricing & Payment

All bookings are requests until confirmed by us. Submitting a form on this website does not by itself guarantee a reservation, a vehicle, a date, or product availability. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you directly and any required deposit has been received.

Payment is card-only. We do not accept cash. By booking, you authorize us to charge the card on file for the amounts described in these Terms, including any deposit, balance, cancellation charge, cleaning fee, or damage fee properly owed.

Bottle Concierge pricing

You pay the retail cost of the bottles plus a flat $100 VIP Concierge Fee. We do not apply a markup to the liquor itself. Retail prices are set by the retailer and may vary; the final amount charged reflects the actual retail cost at the time of procurement.

Transport pricing

Transport pricing is quoted per booking based on date, duration, and requirements, and is confirmed in writing before your deposit is taken. Quotes are valid only for the date and terms stated.

6. Cancellations, Deposits & Refunds

• All party bus reservations require a non-refundable deposit to lock in your date and crew. This deposit is not returned if you cancel, regardless of notice given.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full amount of the booking.
• Bottle Concierge orders cannot be cancelled once the liquor has been procured by our team. Once we have purchased your bottles, the order is final and non-refundable.
• No refund is issued where a ride is terminated for cause under Section 8, or where a handoff fails because the ID or card requirements in Section 4 are not met.

Late arrival by your party does not extend your booked time and does not entitle you to a refund or credit for unused time.

7. Bottle Concierge Terms

Under the Bottle Concierge service, you direct us to procure specified bottles on your behalf at retail cost, and you pay us a flat $100 service fee for that procurement and handoff. We act at your direction and for your account.

Availability is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend placing your order before last call (1:45 AM) to secure availability and a prompt handoff. If a requested bottle is unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative; if we cannot reach you, we may substitute a comparable product or cancel that line item.

Once alcohol is handed off to you, it is yours and is your responsibility. You are solely responsible for its lawful possession, transport, storage, and consumption, and for ensuring no person under 21 obtains access to it. You agree not to resell it.

8. Transport & Passenger Conduct

Maximum capacity is 10 passengers. We cannot exceed this under any circumstances.

Our on-board Security Guard has final say on all matters of passenger safety and conduct. We reserve the right to refuse boarding to any individual who is overly intoxicated or who we reasonably believe poses a risk to our staff, our vehicle, or other passengers.

Any physical aggression, destruction of property, or bodily fluids in the vehicle will result in immediate termination of the ride with zero refund, plus a minimum $500 cleaning and damage fee charged to the card on file. Where actual damage exceeds $500, you remain liable for the full cost of repair, replacement, and lost bookings while the vehicle is out of service.

You further agree that you and your party will not: bring illegal drugs or weapons on board; permit any person under 21 to consume alcohol; smoke, vape, or use open flame except where expressly permitted; stand through a sunroof or hang out of a window; or interfere with the driver.

The person who makes the booking is responsible for the conduct of their entire party and for any charges their party incurs.

9. Guest Waiver

Every passenger must sign the guest waiver before pickup — no exceptions. If you are booking for a group, it is your responsibility to ensure every member of your party completes it. Any passenger who has not signed may be refused boarding, and refusal on that basis does not entitle you to a refund. The waiver is available at /guest-waiver and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Assumption of Risk

You understand that late-night transportation and the consumption of alcohol involve inherent risks, including risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, and death. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks for yourself and your party, to the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law.

You are responsible for your own consumption. We are not responsible for your decision to consume alcohol or for the consequences of doing so.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, After Hours Phoenix and letsride51 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost enjoyment, or missed events, arising out of or relating to the Services or this website.

Except where liability cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud — our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid us for the booking giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, road closure, weather, vehicle breakdown, supplier or retailer failure, strike, act of God, or act of any governmental or law enforcement authority.

Nothing in this Section limits or expands the separate disclaimer in Section 3 concerning Stream Fusion Web, which applies independently.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless letsride51, After Hours Phoenix, and their owners, officers, employees, drivers, security staff, bartenders, and contractors — and, separately, Stream Fusion Web — from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, fine, penalty, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: your breach of these Terms; your or your party's conduct; your consumption or handling of alcohol; damage caused by you or your party; or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, imagery, and layout — is protected by applicable intellectual property law and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder. Rights in the underlying website design and code are governed by the separate agreement between After Hours Phoenix and Stream Fusion Web and are not transferred to you by your use of this site.

14. Website Content & Availability

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep information accurate, we do not warrant that all content, pricing, service descriptions, or availability shown on this site is complete, current, or error-free. Pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of booking, and a confirmed booking controls over anything stated on this website.

This website may link to or embed third-party services (for example, booking form and payment providers). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of this website or our Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The Terms in effect at the time of your booking govern that booking.
